Jaunā celtne un esošā tirdzniecības centra rekonstrukcijas risinājumi nodrošina abu ēku savienojumus visos tirdzniecības stāvos ar apļveida apmeklētāju plūsmu visā kompleksā. Nokļūšana tirdzniecības centrā ir paredzēta arī no dzelzceļa peronu līmeņa caur labiekārtotu un apzaļumotu publiski pieejamu priekšpagalmu. Ēkas augšējos stāvos atrodas plašas biroju telpas, kas izvietotas ap pieciem iekšpagalmiem- jumta dārziem. Komplekss tiek plānots kā īpaši energoefektīva celtne, projekta stadijā tas jau ir ieguvis ilgtspējīgas būvniecības sertifikātus BREEAM (British Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) - BREEAM OFFICE EXCELLENT un BREEAM RETAIL EXCELLENT.

The new building is designed as expansion of the existing ORIGO shopping center on the site of the former central post office building. Thanks to the public transport hubs located in the near proximity of the station square, this area witnesses a very high flow of people. The potential of the existing shopping premises has been exhausted, and the image and technical condition calls for updating. The new building and the reconstruction solutions of the existing shopping center solve this problem by providing connections of both buildings on all floors of the shopping center with a circular flow of visitors throughout the complex. Access to the shopping center is also provided from the level of railway platforms through a landscaped and green public courtyard. On the 4th, 5th and 6th floors, spacious office space is planned, located around five courtyards - roof gardens. The complex is planned to be a highly energy efficient building and at the project stage it has already been rated to BREEAM (British Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificates - BREEAM OFFICE EXCELLENT and BREEAM RETAIL EXCELLENT.
